When X-rays penetrate
the material, the X-ray absorption image is obtained according to the
composition of the material. The composition can be measured by using monochromatized X-ray. Using coherent X-ray, the phase
contrast image is obtained based on the change in the phase of X rays penetrated through the materials. X-ray phase
contrast image was possible only by super research facilities because of the
X-ray source needed to be highly controlled. Parametric X-ray was generated
from a 80MeV LINAC at LEBRA,
